Rendanheyi Silicon Valley Center

The Rendanheyi Silicon Valley Center at Menlo College was founded in 2020 and is a collaboration between Menlo College and Haier Model Research Institute (HMI).

Research at the Center focuses on management innovations for the IoT Era, such as:

• New organizational design for revitalizing entrepreneurship within larger organizations
• Unlocking a person’s natural entrepreneurial energy and instincts
• Maximizing user value and creating zero-distance to the customer
• Building ecosystem brands that create financial value both in the microcosm of a single company and the macrocosm of its surroundings.
