The following items are required in addition to your application to Menlo College.
Application Fee
Send a non-refundable application fee of $40 made payable to Menlo College. If paying by check or money order, please send your fee to the following address:

Freshman Essay
Please submit a personal statement of at least 250 words, including the following:
- Your greatest academic strengths and weaknesses
- Your reason(s) for seeking a college education
- The kinds of learning experiences you hope will be a part of your college education
- Your reasons for choosing Menlo College
Transfer Essay
Please submit a personal statement of at least 250 words, including the following:
- Your reason(s) for seeking a college education

Counselor/Teacher Recommendation (Freshman Applicants)
Transcripts and Test Scores
Freshmen and transfer students with fewer than 12 units must provide a high school transcript and official SAT or ACT scores. In addition, transfer students must include official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
TOEFL Scores
This applies to students whose first language is not English.
